Delivery/Pick - Up Services:
- Replacement costs
will be assessed on any equipment due to breakage, loss, theft, abuse, or intentional
damage by the customer.
- Repair costs will
be incurred when equipment has been misused by the customer.
- Linens that are returned
with wax, mildew, or burns on them will be charged replacement cost. Linens should not
be returned in plastic bags to prevent mildew.
- Deposits on reservations
are Non refundable if cancelled or downsized within 14 days of pick up date.
- 50% of a fully paid contract or reservation
is Non refundable if cancelled or downsized within 14 days of pick up date.
- Deposits on video and data projectors
are non refundable.
